Our Issues

For a Better World

Social Justice

The rise of inequality in income distribution has increased drastically in the last couple decades.  Persistent and in many cases, aggravated levels of poverty, hunger, displacement, and inequality of opportunity need to be addressed. We want to work for better equity, equal access, improved participation and acquired rights for all at local and global levels.

Public Health, Healthcare and Patient Advocacy

We want to help promote and protect the health of people and the communities where they live, learn, work and play.
We believe that everyone has the right to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, with access to medical services and sanitation.

Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment

Women and girls all around the world suffer from inequality, discrimination and violence every day. We believe gender equality is a fundamental human right, and want to contribute to work that help eliminate disparate treatments of and violence against women, help contribute to projects that would empower women by providing equal access to education, work, healthcare and political representation.

Peace and Conflict Resolution

The global population of people displaced by conflict reached 70.8 million in 2019, highest recorded since WWII.  Most of these refugees are children, and live in poor conditions.   We believe in continuing to address the root causes of conflict and displacement, and investing in peace-building through institutional reforms, community building and humanitarian measures.

Sustainable Development

We need to be working towards building an inclusive, sustainable and resilient future for people and planet.  Following the UN's sustainable development agenda, we want to contribute to the promotion of sustainable, inclusive and equitable economic growth, creating greater opportunities for all, reducing inequalities, raising basic standards of living, fostering equitable social development and inclusion, and promoting integrated and sustainable management of natural resources and ecosystems.
